How do I return my samples to you?

You can return your samples to us by courier (this is not included in the price) or you may drop them off at our testing laboratory.

Option 1: Your preferred courier

We receive courier deliveries at our laboratory during working hours*.  Please remember to tell us if you are using this option so we know when to expect your sample(s) and do not courier samples to us overnight on Friday as we cannot receive commercial courier deliveries over the weekend. The samples, which need to remain cool, will be held at a courier depot over the weekend at an unknown temperature.

Option 2: Drop off at our laboratory

It may be possible, if you have made arrangements with us in advance, for you to deliver your samples to us directly to our laboratory.

Please ensure that you follow the return packaging guidelines on the reverse of the sample return form.  All samples are checked on arrival to ensure that they are in a suitable state to be tested.

*Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.
